Story
Chef Nate Smith began his culinary career during high school as a dishwasher at Au Midi French Bistro in Aptos, Ca. From there he has gone on to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs including David Kinch and Michael Mina before founding Blossom Catering in Napa Valley in 2015.
His formal training includes culinary studies at Cabrillo College and graduation from The Culinary Institute of America in 2015.

Established in 2020, Chef Nate Smith specializes in bespoke, intimate luxury dining experiences defined by precision, seasonality, and thoughtful execution. Each event is tailored with intention — delivering refined cuisine and seamless hospitality at the highest level.
