After spending the early years of his career training under some of the finest Michelin starred chefs, and graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, He founded Blossom Catering Company in the Napa Valley in 2014. After the Covid 19 pandemic, his focus has shifted to much more intimate gatherings, where the relationship between the guests and the chef can really shine, and the food becomes much more personal. 

Chef Nate has always kept his focus on producing amazing cuisine. Highlighting local, seasonal products, whilst showcasing ingredients and techniques inspired by years of culinary experience and world travel. 

 

He has satisfied hundreds of clients from local families, businesses and some of the finest wineries in the Napa Valley.
